Empowerment Practice
Tasobyte aims continue to implement empowerment at all levels of the group to achieve the following objectives:
Continue to be a majority black owned and managed.
Ensure that woman and disabled persons are represented at all levels.
Ensure that sexist and racist practices are eliminated.
Create support structures and mentorship programs for young black women and men in technical and business areas.
